Three OMNI projects selected for AIA Made In New York exhibition

OMNI Architects was recently featured in the AIANY MADE IN NEW YORK exhibition.  The projects are all NYC public school works completed in collaboration with the NYC School Construction Authority:

•    P.S. 217 (Manhattan) Auditorium
•    P.S. 056 (Manhattan) Space Science Center
•    P.S. 129 (Bronx) Auditorium

Two of these projects have received prior recognition.  Both the Space Science Center at P.S. 56 and the auditorium at P.S. 129 have won design awards from SchoolDesigner, an organization which aims to highlight innovative design in K-12 schools.

MADE IN NEW YORK is an annual exhibition initiated by the New York Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) to celebrate the best design of its members.

With our experience in schools across the city, we are proud to have the opportunity to provide unique learning environments for NYC K-12 students.

In addition to the three projects featured in the exhibition, we have completed work in hundreds of NYC schools, such as libraries, labs, cafeterias, dance studios, fitness centers, as well as complete exterior renovations including historical landmarks.  Please visit our project pages for a sample selection of NYC school work.
